We have formed alliances with many Georgia based companies to provide greater benefit to our customers for sourcing of specific components or services outside of our scope. If you are interested in our services or any of our partners products and services, please call: (678) 920-PYRO
Our Recent Projects
Wigzi came to us with a few product development projects which involved some pre-existing manufacturing equipment to be modified as well as an open book for ideas towards new manufacturing processes. Our engineers took in their intial concept idea and worked towards a finalized product design. We consulted with their manufacturer to ensure we had a design that made sense with their current capabilities reducing cost for this new changeover and allowing Wigzi to add another product line carrying the label, “Made in the USA”.
Our CEO, Blake Sanchez, is proud to be a part of the Buy From Georgia campaign. Recently a great stride has been reached with the recognition of Governor Nathan Deal.
Governor Nathan Deal showed his support for the mission of Georgia Manufacturing Expo (GME) by signing a proclamation declaring June 2014 as "Buy From Georgia Month." The proclamation makes Georgia the first state to encourage support for local manufacturers.
Campbell Systems worked with Pyrodynamics to engineer the layout design for an application of their flour dust reclaim system for a customer’s hamburger/hotdog bun line. CSI’s reclaim systems are used for flour recovery and recycling on wholesale pizza, bread, and biscuit lines. This project incorporated several key features including cyclonic pre-filtering and full integration with the bulk flour system on an existing production line. A quench tube and isolation valve along with other elements of the design comply with applicable combustible dust regulation. The new system will result in a significant return on investment through ingredient and sanitation time savings...
